Upon arrival, the rug may have minor backing creases due to tight packaging and storage. Typically, these will flatten within 5-7 days. To reduce creases, gently roll the rug, pattern side up, and massage it by hand to help ease it flat. Placing it in a sunny room can also help, as the heat will loosen the backing.
Cleaning is a breeze! For spills, simply remove excess material and blot with a clean, wet cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this can make stains harder to remove. Repeat the process with a cleaner or a solution of water and dish detergent. Finish by blotting with a clean, wet, and then dry cloth.
